Shipping Policy

We ship from Melbourne, Victoria, and currently deliver within Australia only.

Shipping cost. Shipping is free on all orders. There are no delivery charges at checkout.

Dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery time. Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 2–7 business days with Australia Post. Metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Adelaide are usually at the faster end of that range. Regional areas, Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Tasmania can take longer.

These are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather or public holidays are outside our control.

Tracking. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, including a tracking number where available.

Incorrect addresses. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched, and re-delivery of a parcel returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a further postage cost.
